ANDRIY SHESTOPALKO
Andriy is both an attorney and an international business consultant. Prior to forming Shestopalko Law, Andriy served as an Attorney Advisor at the United States Department of Justice – Newark Immigration Court. An immigrant to the United States himself, Andriy has personally experienced the challenges faced by foreign nationals moving to this country. Andriy previously held positions with the United States Department of Justice Office of Immigration Litigation, Supreme Court of Indiana, New York State – Ontario County District Attorney’s Office, a leading international business consultancy firm, and a boutique New York City immigration firm. Andriy’s immigration practice focuses on investor and employment-based immigration, family immigration and humanitarian immigration; Andriy’s corporate practice focuses on transaction management, cross-border transactions, businesses formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and assistance for foreign companies seeking to enter the United States market; and Andriy’s tax law practice focuses on corporate regulatory compliance, and asset and wealth management.

MAKSYM IVANYTSKYI
Maksym joined the Shestopalko Law team in 2021 as a partner. Prior to joining Shestopalko Law, Maksym had more than 10-years of combined international law experience specializing in corporate, immigration and tax law. As an international lawyer, Maksym has a combined understanding of two predominant legal systems of Common Law, used in the United States, and European Law. His international legal experience provides Shestopalko Law PPLC’s clients with a smooth transition from one legal system to another and maximization of benefits from both systems. Specifically, Maksym specializes in corporate regulatory compliance, businesses formation and governance, transaction management, copyright protection, personal data protection, and asset and wealth management.

Natalie Melnik is a Certified Public Accountant and Enrolled Agent licensed at the federal level by the Internal Revenue Service. Natalie has twenty years of experience in providing comprehensive financial management, income tax preparation and planning for individuals, businesses and nonprofit organizations. Additionally, Natalie is an expert in corporate and partnership taxation and has worked with numerous clients to optimize their financial strategies. Natalie Melnik has dedicated herself to help clients organize and understand their financial documents, address clients’ needs and help them reach their goals with tax strategies to minimize their risks.
